Protovation

SMEs are close to our hearts. They form the backbone of the local economy and jobs. However, there are some challenges. Market trends such as skilled labor shortages and the energy transition are putting significant pressure on SMEs. Innovations for new product developments could solve the problem, but these are often too ineffective and costly for SMEs due to R&D activities. We will change this! By leveraging synergies and providing capabilities complementary to yours, we create effective collaboration and are a valuable support for SMEs. Through success-oriented performance compensation, we create focus and determination to quickly realize prototype construction and subsequently generate new products and revenues.
