Precapture of CO2 and hydrogenation into methanol on amine-rich catalytic systems, and the nature of chemisorbed CO2 on zeolites
Keynote 1: Sustainable Feedstocks (CO2, Methanol)
Findings on heterogeneous catalysts based on the concept of precapture of CO2 on aminated silica and the hydrogenation of CO2 into methanol will be presented. In addition, I will present findings concerning a study of the chemisorption of CO2 on the archetypical zeolite NaA using methods including solid-state NMR and neutron diffraction.
