The conference will take place at Campus Krems, situated in the district of Stein. Built on the site of a former tobacco factory, this architectural landmark has been transformed into a state-of-the-art university and research hub. Today, Campus Krems blends industrial heritage with modern academic excellence, making it an ideal scientific hub.

How to find us on Campus:
Public Transport & Train Connections
Krems is very well connected to the Austrian rail network, making it easy to arrive sustainably:
• From Vienna: Direct REX (Regional Express) trains depart every 30 to 60 minutes from Wien Franz-Josefs-Bahnhof (also stopping at Wien Spittelau and Wien Heiligenstadt). The journey takes approximately 1 hour and 5 minutes.
• From St. Pölten: There are direct hourly connections with a travel time of about 35–45 minutes, providing an easy link for those arriving via the Western Railway (Westbahn) from Linz or Salzburg.
From Krems Train Station to IMC Campus:
• Bus: Take the local lines (e.g., Line 1) directly to the campus stop.
• Walk: Enjoy a scenic 15–20 minute walk through the beautiful historic city center.
Arriving by Car
If you are arriving by car, several parking facilities are available within walking distance of IMC Campus Wing G1:
• Campus West: Located at the arte Hotel (Dr.-Karl-Dorrek-Straße 23).
• Steiner Landstraße: Located next to the correctional facility (via Anibas Promenade, approx. 3-minute walk).
• Kunstmeile Krems Deck: Located at the Steiner Donaulände near the boat station (approx. 10-minute walk).
