Cancellations and Refunds
The GÖCH Secretariat must be notified of any cancellation in writing by e-mail at chemietage@goech.at.
Cancellation by phone call will not be accepted.
The appropriate refunds will be made after the Symposium.
Before 1st August, 2026: 85 % of the registration fee will be refunded
Until – 1st September, 2026: 50 % of the registration fee will be refunded
From 1st September, 2026: no refund, only a name change can be accepted
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at chemietage@goech.at.
Sale items
If you purchased your ticket during early bird and the early bird deadline has passed, any change request in ticket will be charged at regular price.
